Ordering transcripts is a 2-step process:

Step 1. Order and pay for your transcript(s) here. Transcripts are $5 each (ex -if you need five transcripts sent, your total is $25)

Step 2. Email the following info to the Registrar at kogrady@srvusd.net

* purchase receipt

* photo ID

* SRVHS graduation year

* address (email or physical) where you would like your transcript(s) sent

Note:  Please allow 2-3 days processing time

In accordance with FERPA law, by placing this order, I consent to the release of my transcript to the email or physical address I have provided.
