Please purchase a ticket for EACH person attending INCLUDING your instrumental music program student(s). A full buffet dinner and dessert will be served.
If your instrumental music program student(s) would like to attend the awards portion only (arrival no earlier than 7:15 pm) and WILL NOT attend for the dinner please "purchase" a ticket at no cost for seating/headcount purposes by choosing option "Awards Ceremony ONLY".
Dinner Seating at 6:00 pm
Buffet Service at 6:30 pm
Awards Ceremony at 7:30 pm (open to students at no cost who are not joining for dinner)
