Alumni Records
Cumulative records for alumni are stored at an offsite location. Student records typically contain grade reports, birth verification, immunization records, etc. Ordering your file is a two-step process:
Step 1: Order and pay for your records here. Retrieval fee is depnedent upon size of file.

*photo ID
*SRVHS graduation year
*address (email or physical) where you would like the records sent
