💚 A Tradition Like No Other — Grad Night at SRVHS! 💛
Since 1978, SRVHS PTSA has proudly hosted Grad Night, an unforgettable, safe, and sober celebration for the entire Senior Class. This long-standing tradition brings together over 450 graduates for an epic night of fun, friendship, and memories - all in a secure environment that keeps everyone off the roads and right where the celebration should be. It’s the ultimate way to cap off senior year, and Seniors won’t want to miss it!

For one night only, parent volunteers and local vendors completely transform the SRVHS campus into a secret, themed party zone. Get ready for an unforgettable night packed with:

- 🎭 Surprise Entertainers – Expect the unexpected with roaming performers and pop-up fun
- 🎨 Activities & Crafts – Chill out with hands-on stations and creative fun

Requesting Accommodations for Special Day Class or Exceptional Ed Students
Grad Night at SRVHS is more than just a party—it’s a cherished tradition that brings our entire senior class together to celebrate one last time. Our SDC Wolves and any student needing accommodations are an important part of the celebration!

Grad Night Policies
The Grad Night Policies & Code of Conduct ensures a safe, respectful, and fun celebration for all by setting clear, substance-free expectations and promoting a positive atmosphere.
Arrival and Pick-Up Policy for Grad Night
- No Student Drivers: Graduates are not allowed to drive themselves to or from Grad Night for everyone’s safety on the roads after a very long day and night. All students must be dropped off and picked up by a parent or guardian.
- Drop-Off: Students must arrive between 8:00 PM and 8:30 PM for check-in.
- Pick-Up: Parents/guardians must pick up students no later than 5:00 AM. Further information will be provided regarding pick up start time.
No Re-Entry Policy
- Once a student leaves the Grad Night event, they will not be allowed back in. There are no “in and out” privileges.
- If a student needs to leave early, a parent/guardian must come in person to pick up.
Respect
- Respect public and private property.
- Honor all SRVUSD and SRVHS policies for the duration of the activity.
- Conduct oneself in a courteous and respectful manner at all times.
- Follow directions and instructions of parent chaperones.
- Any behavior deemed unacceptable by event organizers, entertainers or chaperones may result in immediate ejection from Grad Night.
Drugs, Alcohol & Tobacco Use
- PROHIBITED to bring, consume, or be in the presence of drugs, alcohol or tobacco (including vaping). Choosing to bring, consume, or be in the presence of others who are consuming drugs, alcohol or tobacco will lead to immediate ejection of Grad Night.
- Breathalyzers may be used at event check in.
Miscellaneous
- Every student attending must have a completed PTSA Waiver and Code of Conduct Agreement on file.
- Leave ALL valuables at home. PTSA and event volunteers assume no liability for personal property loss.
- Purses, bags, backpacks, etc. are not allowed into the event and must be checked upon entry.
- Medication not transferred from the school nurse must be pre-approved.
NO REFUNDS Policy
- NO REFUNDS unless we are forced to cancel this event for reasons beyond our control
- No physical tickets issued
